Q: What is going on with those ridiculously-high stripper heels? Why do strippers wear them?!

A: Actually, not all of us do! I have seen girls dance barefoot, in ballet slippers, even in tennis shoes. A high platform heel makes the legs look longer and the body look thinner and taller. It shortens the calf muscles (gastrocnemius and soleus in case you are curious) causing a sexy curvature of the lower spine and an ass lift.
Those classic clear lucite heels go with any outfit! These are not the typical shoes you'd see a woman wearing out in public (unless they are a porn star) so there's the element of creating a fantasy. Personally, I love wearing a high stilletto because it's one of very few situations when I can wear outrageously over the top shoes and provide some people with a chance to indulge in their heel fetish.
