| I hate to start things out on a negative but sometimes I get so sick of the way this business runs it drives me crazy!!! I have worked at Acropolis for about a year and I love it there. I love all the staff I adore the other dancers and I make good money. I show up on time, have a blast, and treat everyone well. I lost a bunch of my shifts recently because they hired a bunch of new dancers, wich is understandable, there is a need to keep fresh faces coming in. But the more I talked to the other dancers the more I realized I suffered the blunt of lost shifts. Why???? Am I just to passive?? Maybe they know that I will just smile and keep doing my job. There are a million and one clubs I could work at in portland but I like Acrop. There's no loyalty in this business, having been in it for twelve years I know this. Can't seem to get over being disposable.
