I hit Beavers once and was terrified. Can't say too much about it but i'm sure if you've been there you know what I mean. Interesting place, looks like they glued two trailers together, threw in a bar and set up a coffee table sized stage. It's worth a trip just to experience it.

Non dance related places - best are Limelight in West Moreland, Mixer's in Tigard (used to live tere, yuk).
Worst - TopHat in Togard...horrible.

I heard Beavers Inn was pretty bad. It's been gone for a few years. I remember my uncle telling me there was a girl with one leg that danced and worked off Camel bucks!

I remember going on a club crawl along Columbia Blvd, walked into Roosters. Yikes.

I used to like going to Wildcats' when it was more divy. The plywood table/stage setup was especially great. Fun place, friendly dancers, loved that place. But after the remodel, and now the switch to juice bar, I don't know. It's fun, but doesn't have that same divy fun feel.

i've got to agree that Roosters is definately my fav! everywhere you look the decor just screams DIVE! plus anyplace with $1 jello shots made with WINE you just gotta love

the one place that i find a little scary is the 92nd street club try at your own risk!
